These terms of use govern the use of the app “Cash Goat” and the functions and services provided within it.

By using the app, you agree to these terms of use.

2. Description of Services

“Cash Goat” is a personal finance app that allows users to record and clearly display income, expenses, accounts, and debts.

The app can:

• be used free of charge in a basic version
• be extended through paid versions
• be used offline as well as with online services

There is no entitlement to specific features or permanent availability.

3. Paid Content and Subscriptions

3.1 Subscriptions

In addition to the free basic version, paid subscriptions are offered:

• Plus version
• Premium version

These are available as monthly or yearly subscriptions and renew automatically unless canceled in due time.

3.2 One-Time Purchases

As an alternative to subscriptions, the Plus and Premium versions can also be purchased as one-time purchases.

3.3 Billing

Billing, management, and cancellation of paid content are handled by the respective app store provider and are subject to their terms and conditions.

4. User Account

For certain features, especially online services such as data synchronization or data sharing, the creation of a user account is required.

Users can delete their account at any time. There is no entitlement to a permanent user account.

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Own Content

Users are responsible for all content and data they enter into the app, in particular:

• accounts
• transactions
• debts
• optional display names

5.2 Data Sharing

Users can share certain data, such as debts, with other users.

Shared data can be viewed by other users but cannot be edited.

6. No Advisory Services

The app does not provide tax, financial, legal, or other advisory services.

All displayed information is for personal overview only. No guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.

Use of the app is at your own responsibility.

7. Availability and Changes

No guarantee is given for uninterrupted or continuous availability of the app or individual features.

Features may be changed, restricted, expanded, or discontinued for valid reasons.

8. Misuse and Suspension

In the event of misuse of the app, in particular unlawful use or interference with other users, the operator reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or delete user accounts.

9. Liability

The operator is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

Liability for data loss, incorrect evaluations, or financial or other consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Termination of Use

Users may stop using the app at any time and delete their account themselves.

Deleting the account terminates the user relationship.

11. Changes to the Terms of Use

These terms of use may be amended due to legal, technical, or content-related changes.

12. Final Provisions

If any provision of these terms of use is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
